AUG 10 Gerald Baron
Owner - The Sales Surgeon
The Sales Surgeon teaches sales people how to diagnose pain and prescribe their solution as the cure for a business' "Dis-EASE."  Programs include "Cure for the Common Cold Call," Cure for the Bloated Forecast," and "Cure for Flat-Lined Sales."  Prior to becoming The Sales Surgeon, Gerry spent three years in executive management roles leading global marketing and product management for Magnet Communications, Inc.  These efforts contributed to Magnet's sale to Digital Insight for 4x revenues in 2003.  In addition to building The Sales Surgeon, Gerry leads the sales team at ExecuTrain, a global company leading in adult learning and professional development.

AUG 17 Lynwood Maddox
Attorney at Law - Maddox & Maddox
Maddox & Maddox is a law firm he founded and includes his son, Lynwood, Jr.  Lynwood attended Middle Georgia College, Emory University, and John Marshall Law School, and was admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia in 1954.  He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Lee College, was one of the hosts of the 700 Club for CBN, and served as International Director and President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International for more than 25 years.  He also has served as an International Director and President of the Atlanta Chapter of the International Fellowship of Christian Businessman.

AUG 24 Carl Gritzmaker
Managing Director of Int'l Operations - Per Sé Technologies
Carl is currently assisting Per Sé Technologies in launching an international business.  Carl has served as a consultant to launch international software businesses for Exigen Group, Inknowvator, eGlobalforce, iNETready, Smartstream-md, Surecomp, and Amacis.  Carl has also managed global sales operations for Frontec AB, IRI Software, and Pilot Executive Software.  Carl received his BS degree in business administration from the University of Albuquerque. He was the 8th employee and part of the management team of Lotus Development Corporation and is recognized by Fortune Magazine as being in the Original 100 of the Computer Industry.

AUG 31 David Chandley
Meteorologist - Channel 2 Action News
David is an AMS certified meteorologist and joined Channel 2 Action News as weekend meteorologist in November of 1988.  He appears on the Saturday and Sunday AM shows in addition to the noon, 6 p.m., and 11 p.m. newscasts on Saturday and Sunday.  David is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in broadcast journalism.  He was a student trainer in the athletic department and a member of the 1980 national championship football team.  He completed the broadcast meteorology program at Mississippi State University.  David has been honored with numerous awards including the 2002 Southeast Emmy Award for weathercasting and named the Associated Press Weathercaster of the Year for Georgia four separate times most recently in 2002.

SEPT 14 Marlin Blackburn
Sales and Management Consultant
As a top producing software/PS sales/sales management leader, Marlin has mastered the art and science of creating long lasting trusted advisor relationships with a client base which includes Bellsouth, IBM Global Services, Bank of America, CitiGroup, Chase, Coca Cola and FedEx.  His "no nonsense" business approach to software support of enterprise objectives has blended the company goals with the customer experience and has positively affected the bottom line.  Marlin graduated from Georgia State University with a BS degree and has completed graduate level work at Georgia Tech, Georgia State, and the Wharton School of Business.

SEPT 21 Gilbert Nieuwenhuis
Coach - Action International Business Coaching
Being a coach with Action International enables Gilbert to pursue his passion of assisting business owners to reach the next tier in their business, that is, to have a profitable business without the owner having to work 60 to 80 hours per week.  Gilbert was born in the Netherlands and speaks several languages.  He is qualified in many different aspects of the manufacturing industry and has had the opportunity to assist with startups of several companies and was involved in the startup of several companies of his own.

SEPT 28 John Due
Food & Beverage Mgr. - American Golf at Bobby Jones Golf Course
Prior to his current position at Bobby Jones Golf Course, John was in the insurance business for 17 years.  He worked as an underwriter for Maryland Casualty, marketing rep for Hanover Insurance, Regional Manager for Vanguard Insurance Agency, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allied Van Lines which provided insurance for the moving industry in all 50 states, and account executive with Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton in Fort Myers, Florida, and Atlanta.  In April of 2004, John donated a kidney for a kidney transplant and his story was featured on TV.
