He also worked at Shearson Lehman from 1989 to 2001 and has been in the mortgage business since 2001.

After 10 years as a client of Edward Jones Investments, Ron joined the ranks of the more than 9000 others who have accepted the opportunity to represent the award-winning firm, and now operates the Buford office of Edward Jones. Prior to Edward Jones, Ron had a 35-year career in sales, sales marketing, and sales management, including having built a computer business from scratch and peaking at $4.5 million in sales before selling the business to the employees. Ron's parents came to America in 1948 from what is now Israel, and he is the first "American born" Sheintal.

He has a solid background in high tech, manufacturing, services, and management. Jim also spent 25 years in the Army National Guard achieving the rank of Colonel, was inducted into the Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame, and received numerous awards including the Legion of Merit.
