MAY 12 Jim Carsten,
former Sheriff of Gwinnett County.

Jim became Sheriff of Gwinnett County January 1, 1993, and had 24 years of law enforcement experience and over 900 hours of related law enforcement education when he spoke at the NFL in 1994. He was Regional Vice President of the Georgia Sheriffs Association Executive Board and a graduate of both the National Sheriffs Institute and the FBI National Academy. Jim stays active in various school programs (Jim has six children) and community affairs.


MAY 19 Travis Howe,
Vice President of Sales for One2One Communications.
Travis has extensive experience in digital and on-demand printing in statement production and direct marketing. Before joining One2One Communications, he served as Vice President of Sales for Wise Business Forms. While at Wise, Travis was instrumental in launching their integrated marketing campaign management strategy in the technology areas of web-to-print, targeted email campaigns, and personalized URL's. Prior to Wise, he served as President of GBS Document Solutions, a provider of document and information management services. Travis has over 29 years of management and operations experience in the print industry and holds a BA degree from the University of Georgia and JD degree in law from Woodrow Wilson.

MAY 26 Bill Timberlake,
Founder & President of Vision Caskets, a division of Vision Products, Inc.,
which provides high-end and mid-level metal and wood caskets to more than 100 funeral homes throughout Georgia, northern Florida, Alabama, eastern Mississippi, South Carolina and North Carolina. Bill's father was a highly respected and successful casket manufacturer in northeastern North Carolina for more than 35 years. Bill grew up around the casket factory, working there during summer vacations, and learning the business from age 12. Bill was an executive with several large companies before he had the opportunity of revisiting the casket business, and eventually formed Vision Products in 1996 in Atlanta. He is also the founder of a nonprofit corporation, Kingdom Festival Productions, Inc., which provides leadership, assets, marketing and assistance to Christian vocalists and musicians.

Jeff Phillips,
Regional Sales Engineer, Yaskawa Electric America,

a manufacturer of industrial automation equipment. Jeff has been in the Variable Frequency Drive business since 1985. He started out with Atlanta based Cleveland Electric, then opened and managed Ingleside Electric's Atlanta Service Center. He has been assisting industrial and building automation clients with application support at Yaskawa Electric America since 2001. Jeff has also served on the boards of Atlanta Christian Cursillo and The Camp of Colors and currently serves with a group of men who lead weekend men's retreats based on the John Eldredge book, "Wild at Heart."

Bob Beard
Eastern Region Sales Manager for Global Management Technologies, Inc.,
 
a privately held workforce management software provider focused on retail banks and mid-market contact centers. Bob is responsible for contact center sales in a 17-state region and has sold and/or managed major accounts such as ADP, AirTran, Kroger, LL Bean, and UPS. Prior to his position at GMT, he was major account manager for Knowlagent, Inc., a venture capital-backed company selling performance software and consulting services to the contact center market. Bob has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois.

Todd Guthrie,
Practice Partner for the Tangible Products and Services Practice of
TechCFO LLC.

Todd has extensive experience in financial support of all aspects of manufacturing and services businesses including sales, marketing, multi-channel distribution, international operations, and related services. He has served as CFO for Sidel North & Central America, the Tetra Laval subsidiary, providing six years of financial leadership for Mexico, the USA, and Canada. Todd also served as Vice President for Lund International Holdings and as CFO for the largest subsidiary. He is a Georgia-licensed CPA and started his career with KPMG Atlanta. Todd studied accounting and computer science at Bob Jones University in South Carolina.
