	Jon's interests lie in challenging management assignments where project management and mature interpersonal skills can be fully utilized to complete difficult or impossible tasks at below the approved budget level. Prior to consulting, Jon retired from BellSouth after 31 years working in technical and management positions.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

	Lee is no stranger to success in business. Having started his first successful retail operation when he was just 13 years old, Lee has become a serial entrepreneur starting up or re-engineering nearly 20 businesses in the retail, manufacturing, high-tech, and services industries.  In 2001, he launched CornerStone Business Coaching Services to help leverage what he has learned over the years into promising businesses worldwide. CornerStone BCS, LLC is the licensee for ACTION International of Gwinnett County.  Lee believes that small business owners are the heart of America and many other countries around the world.  ACTION International has grown out of his desire to help small business owners achieve their dreams.

FEB 11	John J. Wise
	Senior Director, Real Estate Investment Brokerage Div. - National Office and Industrial Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap
	John practiced in real estate and tax litigation in Dallas, Texas, before moving full-time into financial planning and real estate acquisition analysis for individuals and companies.  From 1975 to 1989, John oversaw the operation of two real estate investment firms as President, and was responsible for asset management of over $400 million in assets located throughout the United States.  He is a knowledgable and experienced commercial investment broker with over 30 years of experience in investment real estate.  Since relocating to Atlanta in 1992, he has excelled in his service to the area and has brokered over $200 million of office and industrial transactions.

FEB 18	Larry Shrader
	President - Five Star Properties, Inc.
	Five Star Properties is a company which owns and operates mobile home parks and other income producing residential property in the Atlanta area.  Larry is also an active realtor with RE/MAX Northeast and was formerly in management for JC Penney for ten years.  He came into a new knowledge of how God can use businessmen in the work place when he was invited to a meeting by his wife, Deborah, shortly after they met.  Larry and Deborah have four children and make their home in Lilburn, Georgia.

	Jholdas Group is a strategic coaching firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with offices in Atlanta and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.  Their focus of activity lies in strategic planning, executive coaching and development, and organizational interventions.  Michael began his work in the professional development field in 1982 and later founded Summit Performance Associates, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, and, prior to founding the Jholdas Group, Michael was Vice President of TRC Staffing Services.  He graduated with a B.A. degree in History from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
