Mr. Saxton formally was Vice President of eBusiness for the Unisys Corporation and has worked for IBM in various sales management and corporate management positions. He is also a sales consultant and attended Fisk University, Princeton University and Haverford College at the graduate level earning his degree in physics with extensive work in computer science. |

Thompson Technologies is a two-time Inc. 500 winner recognizing America's fastest growing privately owned companies; a two-time winner of the Atlanta Pacesetters Award (fastest growing companies in Atlanta); a two-time winner of Atlanta's Top 50 Entrepreneurs; a two-time winner of Atlanta's Best Places to Work, and many others. David is a Messianic Jewish believer in Christ--he calls himself a completed Jew, not a converted Jew. He and his wife, Lori, have faithfully attended for 19 years Congregation Beth Hallel in Roswell, one of the largest Messianic Jewish synagogues in the U.S. where they serve in a variety of ministries and leadership roles. |

which he founded in May 2005. Andrew is a financial advisor for businesses and individuals, sells auto and homeowner insurance, and has represented Mass Mutual Financial Group since May, 2005. Andrew graduated from Augusta Tech as a computer programmer and attended Georgia State University for one year. After he came to know Jesus as Lord and Savior in Vietnam through a Buddhist teacher who told him the story of Jesus, he had to flee Vietnam for Hong Kong and was detained there for over 8 and 1/2 years where he served as a volunteer interpreter to many missionaries who worked with refugees there. He and his family immigrated to the U.S. on July 2, 1999, from Hong Kong. |

Prior to assuming this role in September, 2008, he served on the company's Board of Directors since early 2007. Paul is a business leader with extensive experience in multiple industries from high technology and investment management to professional athletics and education. He was a founding executive officer of Sterling Commerce, Inc., a major pacesetter in global e-commerce and served as Group President until 2000 when SBC Communications acquired the business for nearly $4 billion. Paul also served the Minnesota Vikings as a front office executive and was an early innovator in the use of information technology for game analysis and strategy. |

the public community mental health agency for Gwinnett, Rockdale and Newton counties. He is responsible for all the business, information technology and transportation operations. GRN provides mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive disease services to several counties in Georgia with a budget of $30 million. David's 40-year career has been spent in public service at the state and local level in Georgia serving as a CFO at the state level and 20 years as the CFO and Associate Superintendent for the Gwinnett County Public Schools. David has served as a trustee and board member for several non-profit agencies and currently is a member of Gwinnett County's Retirement Plans Management Committee. He and his wife of 41 years, Judy, are both graduates of the University of Georgia. |

As President, John works closely with the senior management teams in the U.S. and India to insure seamless integration and high performance throughout the organization. He has led the company to build one of the most unique global outsourcing models including the use of rural outsourcing centers in the U.S. He works closely with customers, partners and industry visionaries to set the strategic direction for the company. Paul has over 14 years experience in software and IT services including consulting, software product management, and operations management. Prior to joining Xpanxion in 2004, he worked at Magnet Communications, a provider of web based commercial cash management based solutions, where he was responsible for the overall system infrastructure, messaging, and related new product initiatives. |
