Appointed in October 2009, Norm is responsible for profitable growth within the division by providing leadership to the marketing and sales teams while developing a strategic business plan and product-focused direction for the division. He joined EMS in 1982 and has spent his career in engineering, program management, and operations roles. During his more than 18 years of engineering management roles, Norm helped drive the expansion of EMS's capabilities in ASICs for space as well as the documentation and release of processes needed to obtain the company's first ISO certification. He holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Physics from Georgia Tech and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. |

Prior to that, Jay was VP and Owner of Forest Builders Group, Inc., which was a residential home builder in the metro Atlanta area. He has been an entrepreneur since 1989, having been involved in several business ventures including sporting goods importing, photo finishing, automotive aftermarket parts importing, export auto parts, buying and selling farm land, used car dealership, outdoor furniture retail, granite fabrication, metal recycling, and concrete and retaining wall contractor. Jay immigrated to the United States from Taiwan in 1987. He gave his life to the Lord in 1997 and currently serves in the Businessmen's Fellowship Luncheon at John's Creek. |

Oliver has been with the CDC since September 2008. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and has worked in the computer industry for the past 20 years at various companies including Schlumberger, Scientific-Atlanta, HP, Accenture, zebramart, SP Richards, Datascan Technologies and VeriSign. |

Bob moved to Atlanta in 1995 and became an independent contractor with MARTA during the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. After the Olympics, he served full time in various senior management positions in operations for MARTA. Prior to coming to Atlanta, Bob was a Senior VP with ATE Management and Service Co., Inc., a transit management and consulting company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. During his 25 years with ATE, he spent eight years as a senior executive at ATE's headquarters in addition to serving in various General Manager assignments for transit systems who contracted with ATE. |
