JULY 10 Tony Webb,

Distributor for Juice Plus and Santa Claus.

 

Tony joined the US Air Force in 1968 as a helicopter mechanic and departed after seven years as a Staff Sergeant. After graduating in 1977 from the University of Georgia and the US Army Ranger school, he was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant as a Cavalry Armor Officer and was later dual branched in the Ordnance (Maintenance) Branch. He retired as a Major from the US Army in 1993 and retired again from being a stock broker in 2007. He then worked as a Gwinnett County Deputy Sheriff and was in the private security business until 2013. Tony began distributing the Juice Plus products (www.tonywebb.juiceplus.com) in March of that year. He became an actor in 1999 and has been in over 50 stage plays (can be found at Facebook at "In Towne Santa"). Tony holds a BBA from UGA and an MBA from Embry Riddle University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and past President of the Snellville Commerce Club.


JULY 17 Stephen Sailors,

Owner, Stephen Sailors Roofing

 

Stephen founded Stephen Sailors Roofing in 2005. Prior to that he had built and framed houses and did general construction work. Stephen grew up in Lilburn and moved to Monroe in 2000. He has an Associate Degree from North Dekalb College and is a member of the Independent Baptist Builders International ministry (IBBI). IBBI does construction of churches and other buildings by volunteers in nations around the world. In addition, IBBI provides emergency help in areas devastated by hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods.

In his experience as a Cumming real estate professional, Shawn has found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting his clients first. Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation shills and a high quality network are hallmarks of how Shawn works, and he strives to keep himself accessible, being a good listener and responding quickly to his client's needs. Prior to his position with Virtual Properties, Shawn has worked as Territory Account Manager for Corus360, was a Senior Account Manager with ProSys Information Systems, the National Enterprise Account Manager SE for PCM Enterprise, and National Account Manager/Outside Sales for Relational Technology Solutions.


JULY 31 Blake Thomas,

The Guardian and other carriers.

 

Blake was an executive recruiter for 15 years placing engineers, IT consultants, and most recently, finance and accounting professionals in contract and permanent positions. Sixteen years ago he decided to leave the "security" of working for corporate America and start his own business as an insurance professional representing AFLAC and other carriers providing supplemental voluntary benefits.. Blake has been married to his loving wife, Mary, for 23 years and has a 21-year old daughter, Olivia, who is a Senior at the University of Georgia Grady School of Journalism and a second child, Blake Thomas III, who is 13 and a rising 8th grader at Autrey Mill Middle School. Blake has been a Johns Creek Resident over 14 years.

AUG 14 Jeff Gamwell,

Owner/Marketing Director, MagicClean Softwash,

The family owned business takes roof and exterior cleaning to another level using an exclusive patented low pressure cleaning solution, and their roof cleaning solution is preferred by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA). Prior to owning MagicClean Softwash, Jeff held the position of Executive Producer for JAM Business News, was Director of Sales Enablement for Integrated Broadband Services, and was Director of Business Development Marketing for Servigistics. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College and also attended the University of Miami Business School and the Donald T. Regan School of Finance.


AUG 21 Ray Sommer,

Financial Advisor, Edward Jones.

 

Ray has been with Edward Jones for six years and is part of a community of financial advisors dedicated to serving the needs of individual investors. Edward Jones is built on the belief that the only way to do business is a one-on-one personal basis. Ray applied some of these same principles when he served as a missionary for six years in Budapest, Hungary. Investing in people has been an important element in Ray's background, and this priority has fit in well with the Edward Jones philosophy of tailoring solutions to the individual investor. Ray was previously a missionary with Bethany International Missions, in furniture sales with American Signature, and in direct sales with Comcast. He graduated from Lee University with a BS degree in Intercultural Studies.


AUG 28 John Schlotter,

Financial Advisor, Edward Jones.

 

John has over 30 years of bankruptcy experience, representing mortgage lenders and servicers nationwide in bank-ruptcy matters. He assists clients with bankruptcy rule, code updates, and compliance issues. John has also handled numerous consumer and business cases, including Chapter 11 cases for the past 18 years with prior experience representing business owners and debtors. John holds degrees from Western State University (n/k/a Thomas Jefferson School of Law), 1979, and the University of South Florida, 1972.
